Employment Services provides training and support for persons who want to work. The focus is on supporting
the consumer to be as independent and successful as possible on the job both at Wayne Industries and in the community.
In addition to vocational training/opportunities, individuals have an "Array of Services" to choose from.
These include: Community Volunteering (Downtown Greenville-Darke County Parks-ODOT Adopt-A-Highway-VFW-Greenville Police Department-Greenville
Boys and Girls Club-Darke County United Way);Social and Leisure activities and community interactions. Schedules are developed
on an individual basis.
